PuriFERM XXL Turbo is an original, professional package for fermenting 100 liters of alcohol with 25 kg of sugar. Resistant to temperatures up to 29°C. Fermentation up to 18% in 6 days. Production is possible on 200L (2 packages) without cooling. The mixture is fully complete, and does not require any additional nutrients.
From experience we can tell you that the yeast will easily handle a batch in a 120L barrel, i.e. 30-32kg of sugar. It is possible to combine 2 packages in a 200L barrel (approx. 50-52kg of sugar).

Instruction:
Dissolve 25kg of sugar in hot water, top up with cold water to 100L. Measure the temperature of the solution. Sprinkle with yeast at a set temperature of 25°C, mix well. Optimum fermentation temperature 21-29°C. Ready in 4-6 days to 18% alcohol strength.
