Application:
The press is used to squeeze juice from pitted fruits that have undergone prior processing, e.g.:
with the enzymatic preparation Pectoenzym,
by fermentation in the pulp,
by maceration in a tincture.
These processes loosen the structure of the fruit and make it soft, making it easier to squeeze out the juice.
Do not use the press for hard fresh fruits such as apples, pears or stone fruits that have not been previously treated as mentioned above. Failure to observe this prohibition may result in damage to the press.
Place the prepared fruit in a bag and begin the first twist of the press. Twist the plunger firmly until the liquid starts to flow. Stop twisting when the liquid stops flowing and continue twisting when it starts to flow again. Repeat this process until all the fruit is completely squeezed, but do not force the press. Remove the squeezed fruit from the bag and rinse it thoroughly.
