Place the filtration bag in the basket of the press by folding its edges over the basket and fill it with pulp. Fold over the edge of the bag and press it with the plunger by placing it evenly on the bag. After assembling the press, perform the pressing slowly. If you notice that the slots of the bag are clogged and the juice does not drain, remove the bag from the basket and move its contents by squeezing it by hand. Put the bag with the pulp back in the basket and continue pressing, repeating the process if necessary.
